How to reach us

For licensing, billing, or application support, email [email protected]. This is the best channel for account-specific issues and anything that needs a real reply.

Before you write in

To help us resolve your issue quickly, include the following when it is relevant:

  • Your macOS version and your ASO Studio version.
  • The screen or feature involved and what you were trying to do.
  • The exact error message, and a screenshot if you have one.
  • The Apple account email you signed in with, so we can locate your license.

Never email private API keys, Apple Ads private-key material, or full payment card details. We will never ask you for them.

Billing and licenses

When you are signed in, use the billing portal on the home page to update a payment method, download invoices, or cancel your annual renewal. Your access continues through the end of the paid billing period after cancellation. If a purchase does not appear in the app, confirm you signed in with the same Apple account you used at checkout, then contact us if it still does not resolve.

Updates and installation

Anyone can download the app, but it requires a verified license to run. Automatic updates are delivered through an authenticated feed and appear while your annual plan is active. If updates are not showing, confirm your plan is active, then reach out and we will investigate.

Account and data requests

To delete your account, or to access, correct, or export your account data, email us from the address tied to your account. Account deletion cancels an active annual subscription, revokes stored authentication tokens, and removes your entitlement record. Active billing may need to be resolved first. See the Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your data.

Security and responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to us privately at [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce the issue, and give us a reasonable chance to address it before any public disclosure. We appreciate responsible reports.

Response times

We are a small team and reply to support email as quickly as we can, typically within a few business days. Clear details and a single thread per issue help us get back to you sooner.
